Lo Chef: Mattia Borroni


Mattia, bright and outgoing, cheerful and determined, at the age of 11 years old discovered his passion for cooking. Passion, improvisation and common sense are the qualities that he uses to give his best as an artist in the kitchen. His dishes are rooted in tradition as well as his origins. Even in their simpleness there is an element of elegance that he brings to life. For him, trying to bring out “flavours” is the main ingredient which gives him the desire to give his best in everything he does.
